Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number, business details), information about your students or payers (names, contact details, fee amounts and due dates) that you enter into the platform, and payment transaction metadata processed through our payment gateway partners. We also collect basic usage and device data to improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information to operate the FeePe platform: creating payment links, sending fee reminders via SMS, WhatsApp and email, generating receipts and reports, processing settlements to your linked bank account, providing customer support, and meeting legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Payments & Third Parties
Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. FeePe does not store full card numbers or banking credentials on its servers. We share only the data necessary with gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers and banks to deliver the service, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we encourage you to keep your account credentials confidential.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or export of your records, by writing to support@feepe.in. Deletion may be subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page or via email. Continued use of FeePe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
