1. About FeePe
FeePe is a fee collection, reminder and tracking platform operated by Bodhineuro Labs Pvt Ltd, incorporated in India (CIN: U62013KL2026PTC103349, PAN: AAOCB7666G), with its office at Enclave Providence Junction, Kacheripady, Ernakulam, Kerala 682018. By creating an account or using FeePe, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The Service
FeePe enables tutors, coaching institutes, gyms, schools, consultants and other payees to create payment links, send automated fee reminders via SMS, WhatsApp and email, track collections, and receive settlements through our payment gateway partners. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our Pricing page.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the student/payer information you upload, for obtaining any consent required to contact payers, and for the fees and amounts you charge. You must not use FeePe for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes, and you must keep your account credentials secure.
4. Payments, Fees & Settlements
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and are subject to their terms and applicable gateway charges. Settlements are made to your verified bank account as per the gateway's settlement schedule. Subscription fees and usage-based credits (WhatsApp/SMS) are billed as per your chosen plan; unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Payer refunds for fees collected through FeePe are your responsibility and are handled between you and the payer.
6. Acceptable Use & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, spam, violation of payer consent, or breach of these terms. We may also suspend service where required by regulators, banks or gateway partners.
7. Limitation of Liability
FeePe is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodhineuro Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, gateway downtime, settlement delays by third parties, or disputes between you and your payers. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the preceding three months.
8. Governing Law & Contact
